Terms and Conditions
1.1. Membership will automatically continue to the next academic year unless deregistered as a member before October 1, 2020. The membership fee for the current academic year remains owed to Mercurius Wageningen upon cancellation after October 1, 2020.
1.1.1. The membership fee can be adjusted annually during the General Members Meeting. The rate is passed on to all current members at the start of the new academic year.
1.2. Membership ends upon cancellation of the member, cancellation on behalf of the association by the board or upon death of the member.
1.2.1. Cancellation by a member of Mercurius Wageningen must be reported via the website.
1.2.2. After graduating from the Bachelor, the member is responsible for deregistering from Mercurius Wageningen if the member does not continue a Master belonging to Mercurius Wageningen.
1.2.3. The board is authorized to suspend a member for a maximum period of three months, if the member repeatedly violates his membership obligations or has seriously damaged the interest of the association through actions or conduct. During the period that a member is suspended, the rights associated with the membership cannot be exercised. In exceptional cases, the board has the right to remove the entire membership from the member. The entire procedure is described in the Articles of Association of Mercurius Wageningen, which are available for inspection at 't Hok.
2. Profile information
2.1. Mercurius Wageningen has the right to use profile data for purposes within the association.
2.2. Mercurius Wageningen does not provide contact details to third parties.
